At Party Planet Kids, our goal is to get the fun to your doorstep as fast as possible! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer fast, reliable shipping to ensure your Ultimate Battle Blaster arrives ready for action.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders.

  • Delivery Time: Expect your package within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Local & Regional Delivery (UAE & KSA)

  • We currently ship from our local warehouses in the UAE and KSA.

  • Because we ship locally, we can guarantee faster delivery times compared to international competitors.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Most of our carriers require a physical street address for delivery to ensure the package is handed over safely. Please provide a full address and a reachable mobile number during checkout.

6. Damages & Issues

Party Planet Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at partyplanetkids.ae@gmail.com immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we focus on providing the best service within the GCC region. If you are ordering from outside the UAE or KSA, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
